To start with, a study of your products vs. the competition's would have to be done. This is to determine your market potential. Is your product sellable in the USA and Canada? Other things to consider are: Pricing, Margins, Commission, and incentives.

SALES MANAGEMENT

Our staff is ready to manage the sales of your company's products to a network of Sales Reps, and Distributors, then in turn to Dealers, Boatyards, Service repair shops, boat builders, and more. We'll be the "GO TO" people to address all concerns of your company and products.

MARKETING AND SUPPORT

We can assist with basic marketing on some social media platforms by creating advertising postings. We can design Trade Show and Consumer Show handouts. We also deal with PR firms that can promote your products to the next level in multiple publictions.

OUR STAFF AND TERRITORY REPS

Our staff consists of Paul Smith as primary contact (Sales Manager), and Nancy Smith as office and sales assistant (also fluent in Spanish). We'll hire a network of territory sales reps (3-5 groups) to cover distributors and large retailers. This will insure product placement in the Marine market.
